Documenting and Archiving Impacts to our Community

Lehigh ADVANCE Center is interested in starting an archive of the impacts of recent federal actions which have affected faculty and staff in our community. These may have been caused by executive orders, grant terminations, changes in funding priorities staffing of federal agencies, concerns about immigration, reproductive health, attacks on academic freedom and higher education, or maybe something we haven't named here. 
During a gathering of the  GLE, WGSS and ADVANCE Center directors, we knew we wanted to document and archive the impacts. Others are starting to focus on the loss of STEM grants; we appreciate the ADVANCE Journal's defiant and resolute commitment to documenting the impacts of terminated NSF grants, like ADVANCE or LSAMP which focus on issues of diversity, inclusion and equity in STEM spaces. If you are inclined, share how your capacity to do your job has been altered. Maybe your area of focus and energy is on your community outside of campus. Consider any pivots or newly tapped modes of resiliency.  Our concerns are for our entire community. We can keep authorship anonymous. You can submit an image to go with your contribution.
