How can faculty participate in an excellent and inclusive process to successfully recruit and retain our newest faculty colleagues?
Any member of a search committee is welcome to join, as are the staff members supporting faculty search, members of departments who are going to hire a new faculty, department chairs, and associate deans.
For 2026, faculty on search committees who attended a full workshop in 2024-2025 or earlier, are expected to sign up for a 2026-2027 Best Practices Workshop.
When are the Best Practices Workshops? AY26-27 Fall Workshops will take place
