How we train faculty to improve their mentoring of STEM graduate students and post-docs is the subject of a 2018 paper by Dr. Amanda Hund and colleagues from Academic Practice in Ecology and Evolution. The insights and the framework shared increase any department's capacity to examine how they prepare faculty to support future scientists.
