Opportunities for leadership professional development are available on and off campus. Many external opportunities have deadlines in October or November for the following year.
Human Resources offers the following series/programs:
- Foundations of Management (For all managers in supervisory positions, faculty are welcome, look at the speccific modules)
- Essential Management (For maangers committed to developming deeper insights and expertise)
- Lehigh Leadership Academy (For Lehigh's accomplished leaders who have completed Essential Management or similar, nomination required)
- Pragmatic Leadership at Lehigh, for high potential change agents- nomination required- conducted by the Bacharach Leadership Group
LVAIC offers Leadership Development opportunities for Faculty. The LVAIC Higher Education Leaders Institute is especially geared towards those faculty and staff at mid-career.
