ADVANCE LU-WISE hosts a leadership skill session to develop faculty leadership skills. This session focuses on bridging differences and navigating conflicts. In this session, facilitated by two Lehigh Ombuds: Dr. Anne Meltzer and Dr. Jennifer Swann, participants will learn about the ombuds office, gain insight into different conflict styles and better understand their own, and practice applying skills to bridge differences with an interactive case study. Participants will leave with resources and knowledge applicable to their own situations. Please note, personal situations will not be processed aloud in this session, however if there are situations which you believe could inform case study selection, you are invited to generally describe that in the RSVP form.
