This workshop is for those associate professors thinking about or preparing their triennial review with a focus on developing the "Promotion Plan." This workshop will introduce the concepts of a promotion plan and provide faculty time to work through a plan with some useful tools and get feedback on questions or ideas that may arise. This is especially useful for those associate professors preparing their triennial review in the next few years.
To be prepared for this session, read over the information about the core principles of a mid-career Promotion Plan and reflect on what you've accomplished and the goals you seek to achieve on the path to full professor.
