This optional workshop supports members of faculty recruitment committees and colleagues affiliated with a hiring unit. This session will take you through the process of developing rubrics useful for evaluating a faculty applicant's teaching, research, service, and contributions to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging and support colleagues in keeping criteria consistent and decisions less likely to be confounded by common biases.
