A transparent and promotion & tenure process with equitable outcomes takes work by a range of colleagues.
Over October 2-3, gain a deeper understanding of the research and processes which explain and interrupt gender, rcialized and other biases from derailing careers. For folks on the tenure track, we have a special session to gain insighit into what is clear or confusing. For folks on college promotion & tenure commitees, choose the session that best fits your schedule. Department chairs will spend the time using case study hands on approaches to support the process with departmental faculty.
