Following the Workshop on Equitable Evaluation of Faculty in the COVID-19 Era, by guest speaker Dr. Beth Mitchneck, ADVANCE and the Office of the Provost crafted a check-list for colleagues chairing Tenure & Promotion Committees. This guide supports equitable outcomes by highlighting how to establish inclusive norms and pointing to evidence about biases which impact the faculty evaluation process.
