Is the time right for you to consider a Promotion LIFT? This year the ADVANCE Center is offering a cohort option for associate professors who wish to advance to full professor in the next 1-3 years.
What should others know about your accomplishments?
How are you leading and making an impact?
What support or resources do you need?
Work with peers to discuss, motivate and plan, strategize, and take next moves towards applying for full professor.
This is designed as a set of grass roots accountability and success groups; we expect most groups will meet at least monthly. Depending on who participates, groups could be of (semi) related disciplines and similar years in rank.
