New faculty should watch their inboxes for an invitation to join the INC program and to complete the 2022-2023 INC intake form before September 1. The workshop series will be interspersed with meetings of each INC group in order to strike a balance of learning the institution, supporting each new person's professional development, and helping all new faculty get the mentoring they need.

The program doesn't match people with a 1-1 mentor to be the 'guru' in their discipline; rather we harness experienced faculty to mentor and guide the groups of mixed role and disciplne peers. We are not explictly focusing on tenure track careers, all faculty can participate as the INC design and curriculum aim to support long range career planning and identity development of the INC participants.

If you would like to be a mentor for a group of new colleagues, let us know that too. The mentor-guides will meet as a group to prepare for the next INC topic and should meet with the INC group they are guiding and facilitating.
